Video Security that Works!
We were out of town installing a complex IP camera and wireless mesh-network communication system on an U.S Air Force base in Nebraska when a couple of thieves chose to back through one of our convenience store customer's front doors.
Shortly after receiving a rather panicked middle of the night phone call from our customer, we remotely connected to the system, saved the necessary video to a secure section of the system's storage hard drive and made it available to law enforcement via CD.

Attempting the incident shown in the photos (stills captured from recorded history of the event) above is always foolish but for the perpetrators, that did so under the watchful eye of a GuardDog Video Security System, it proved to be a fateful error in judgment.
Our video footage was matched to one of the individual's mug shots (he was an x-con). Other video captured the vehicle license plate which law enforcement traced to a used auto dealer who provided the recent purchaser's home address.
Both were arrested the following morning and later, both were also successfully prosecuted and convicted.
Video Security that Works! - this was not the only crime these two committed that evening. They broke into three (3) other facilities, two of which were equipped with systems from one of the "highly recognized national brand" motion security and video surveillance providers. The motion alarm on one of the "national brand's" motion system didn't even trip and while the other (same brand) system provided record of the event, the quality of the imagry was not adequate enough to positively identify the criminals or further prosecute them for thier crime.
While discussing the incident with local law enforcement, our customer and the investigators agreed, "Without GuardDog's system the perpetrators would very likely still be on the loose."
It was during that discussion the tag-line - Video Security that Works! - was coined.
